Back in August last year, we first came across the strangely futuristic yet present day artwork of a talented Swedish fellow by the name of Simon Stalenhag and, safe to say, we were utterly bowled over. You can see our first coverage of this incredible artwork by clicking HERE.
Well, we’re delighted to say that the skilled artist hasn’t been resting on his laurels and his been adding to his first rate collection of artwork which depicts landscapes dotted with bits of futuristic detritus that should look out of place but, strangely, don’t at all. We absolutely love Stalenhag’s artwork here at Coolector HQ and you can see a few of the pieces that he has been working on since we first came across him last August below:
As you can plainly see, Stalenhag has lost none of his creative talents in the few months since we last showcased his impeccable talent here on the pages of The Coolector and, quite frankly, we can think of few bits of art which we favour more than the superb work of Simon Stalenhag.
If you’re after some artwork a little different from the norm which is both visually arresting and weirdly haunting, these pieces from Stalenhag will likely be right up your street and we simply cannot commend this talented chap enough.
