Having been borderline obsessed with an Commodore Amiga game by the name of Mega Lo Mania in the early 90’s here at The Coolector, you will be understanding of our delight when we stumbled across a game called Besiege which is set for release in 2015 and which boasts a similar level of destructiveness to the aforementioned iconic (in our opinion) Amiga classic.
This fantastic looking game is currently in its Alpha stage and is a physics based construction affair that sees you constructing all manner of destructive medieval siege engines which you then use to lay waste to vast citadels or even peaceful hamlets if you’re so inclined. The game looks to have a great balance between humour and out and out mayhem which appeals to our game playing sensibilities here at Coolector HQ and it appears to give you an impressive array of creative freedom to construct a large number of different types of death-bringing devices. Check out a few screenshots from the awesome looking game below:
If you too are enamoured with games that let you lay waste to all before you then Besiege should certainly be atop you ‘must-play’ list because not only does it let you destroy all in sight, it lets you do some with brilliantly inventive war-mongering machines of your own construction. A fantastically entertaining looking game that is right up our street at The Coolector and we can’t wait to get our hands on a copy of this spiffing looking game.
