The centre of the dial shows 24-hour home time. The larger 12-hour primary index is fully lumed and shows the local time. Last but not least, a dual-purpose rotating internal bezel can be used for standard 12-hour/60-minute/second markers, add a third-time zone, or as an elapsed minute/second counter.
