The golden age of air travel may well be behind us now but that doesn’t mean to say that time in the skies need be any less glamorous than it used to be. All you need is a little imagination and, quite frankly, one of these awesome looking Carry On Cocktail Kits which is a collaboration between two Brooklyn based companies called Punch and W&P Design who have a certain penchant for all things cocktail.
This excellent looking bit of kit comes with the requisite components for crafting a delicious concoction whilst up in the air and it is tailor made to be suitable for carrying on a plane. Boasting a mightily impressive vintage appeal and first rate branding (as you would perhaps expect from a design agency) the Carry On Cocktail Kit is definitely the sort of accessory that we’d take on our travels at Coolector HQ and if you’re also the sort who likes to relax with a cocktail at 33,000 feet then you’ll likely want to have one safely stowed away as well.
Including within the aesthetically pleasing kit is a carry on tin, recipe card, muddler, cane sugar, napkins and aromatic bitters which means you just need to add a glug of airline bourbon for you to get your airborne cocktail on. We’re loving the retro design of the kit here at The Coolector and you can see a few more shots below of this cracking cocktail essential:
Though we’d personally prefer some sort of craft ale kit for planes, the days of bringing your own microbrewery on a plane are probably somewhat distant so we’re more than willing to make do with this top notch Carry On Cocktail Kit in the meantime. If you’re a frequent traveller who likes to imbibe the odd cocktail or two, having one of these spiffing kits stored away for the flight will definitely be a smart move.
