We’re all about the unconventional here at Coolector HQ and this is particularly true when it comes to our furniture and home accessories tastes and that’s why companies like Fallen Furniture are invariably the first port of call for us. One of the latest offerings from this fantastic brand is one of the most inventive things we’ve seen of late and the product in question is this rather striking Fuselage Clock which is made from reconditioned aeroplane parts.
The Fallen Furniture Fuselage Clock is, as the name suggests, a wall clock that is crafted from a piece of fuselage and, as you might expect, it’s more than just a mere instrument of time – it is very much an art installation in its own right and will turn the heads of all who see it.
With the base of the clock cut from the fuselage of either a Boeing 747 or an Airbus A300, this is obviously no shrinking violet and you’ll need a substantial property to pull off the aesthetic but if you’ve got the space, we can think of few better means of filling it than this. Check out a few more shots below:
For any homeowner after a statement piece of furniture for their home or office over the next few months, a piece of fuselage that doubles as a clock surely has to be right up there with the best of them and we’re definitely going to be keeping our eye on Fallen Furniture to see what other awesomeness they come up with in 2016.
