Whilst this is, perhaps, somewhat of a misleading title as the Google Smart Mirror isn’t an official product from the tech colossus but rather a DIY project from one of their particularly skilled employees by the name of Max Braun, that doesn’t make us want it any less and we’re very much hoping that this becomes a commercially available product before too long (though Braun does provide step-by-step instructions on crafting your own version).
Having a smart mirror is something that definitely appeals to our sensibilities here at Coolector HQ given our inherently unstructured lifestyle and anything that can make our morning routine less hectic unquestionably gets two thumbs up from us.
Max Braun is one of Google’s product developers and his Smart Mirror is certainly one impressive piece of design which supplies an abundance of data that will be mightily helpful in the morning. Take a look at a few more shots below:
With a wealth of pertinent data such as weather conditions, latest news, date and time information, this Smart Mirror from Max Braun of Google has some mightily impressive bits of technology going on under the hood which, needless to say, goes well and truly over our heads here at The Coolector.
That being said, we’d love to have one of these innovative pieces of smart furniture in our headquarters and we’re hoping that the loving that this design is already receiving will compel Google to release it as a purchasable product.
