Robust as a timepiece can get, the case, bezel, bracelet and buckle are coated in very high temperature with carbon fibre to harden the steel, thanks to this process, stainless steel used in Heron’s Marinor collection is rated at 1200HV (Vickers) in terms of scratch resistance. In comparison, a regular 316L Stainless steel is coated 120HV. Long story short, this watch won’t let you down when push comes to shove.
