So far as 4×4 custom builds are concerned, we’ve seen our fair share here at Coolector HQ and one workshop we always find ourselves gravitating back to is that of New Legend 4×4 and it’s because of magnificent creations like this LSii-Three Scout that we find it so hard to keep away. This vibrant looking off-roading machine from New Legend 4×4 is their latest creation and, as with all their previous offerings, it didn’t take long to be snapped up – despite the punchy $180k price tag.
The New Legend 4×4 LSii-Three Scout is another fine addition to the workshop’s line up of Scout customisations and it might well be one of their very best to date in our opinion here at The Coolector. This supremely stylish looking steed is built for outdoor adventure and urban experiences and the quality of the craftsmanship is, once again, second to none. The burnt orange colour way immediately makes this machine stand out from an aesthetic point of view and the 6.2L engine and 6-speed automatic gearbox ensures it also excels from a performance perspective as well.
One in a Million Design
We’ve featured the wonderful customisation work of New Legend 4×4 a few times here on the pages of The Coolector and they never cease to amaze with their attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship. The LSii-Three Scout is certainly no exception in this regard and they pushed the limits again with the Gen V Chevy technology which fuels the new LT-1 6.2 liter engine with 460hp and 480tq.
Boasting both tasteful and tough options in drivetrain and suspension including Dynatrac Axles, ARB air lockers, and Fox racing adjustable, the New Legend 4×4 LSii-Three Scout truly is ready for any adventure, either on or off road. Given it’s rather lofty $180k price tag, you won’t be surprised that it is chock-full of high components, materials and specifications and this cracking machine has Hutchinson beadlocks and 34″ Ridge Grapplers which can be aired down to tackle anything. The original Omaha Orange paint has been paired superbly with the russet plaid interior which helps ensure a retro but modern aesthetic.
This majestic looking ride from New Legend 4×4 is solar ready, with dual batteries, and even a very slick cutting board tailgate insert, which takes the kit to a whole other level of visual superiority and performance. It has been engineered to be the best and have the best is the bottom line, the LSii-Three Scout truly is a lesson in customisation and does an admirable job of showcasing the real attention to detail that New Legend 4×4 are famed for.
Interior Excellence
When you first lay eyes on the New Legend 4×4 LSii-Three Scout, it’s hard to look beyond its exterior excellence but things are just as mesmerising when you head inside. This brilliant off-road colossus has extensive heat and sound deadening throughout interior, Corbeau seats, Italian saddle leather interior package, focal and Mosconi sound system w/ JBL subwoofer, custom centre console and 6 point roll cage with front cage legs designed for better space and function.
Whilst a price tag of $180k is going to make a vehicle like this out of the reach of must of us, it doesn’t mean to say we can’t revel in its obvious excellence from a visual and performance perspective. The New Legend 4×4 LSii-Three Scout is definitely one of their most impressive customisation jobs to date and it’s no surprise to us whatsoever that it flew out of their workshop in record time.
