Plastic Cell Hand Painted Sculptures

We seem to have broken our sculpture seal after the awesome offerings from Wang Ruilin yesterday but it was impossible not to be bowled over by these phenomenally cool Plastic Cell Hand Painted Sculptures that capture the likeness of some truly iconic characters including the likes of 2Pac and Biggie Smalls.

Plastic Cell is the work of a group of brothers who started their company with the intention of providing high-end collectors with one-off runs of spiffing looking sculptures and as the 2Pac piece above admirably illustrates, they have achieved this objective with no shortage of aplomb. Each of the brothers behind the creation of these eye-catching pieces has a passion for painting, sculpture and design and this is reflected in the highly accomplished finished products that they consistently produce.

Each limited edition Plastic Cell sculpture is painstakingly crafted by hand using acrylics and no two will ever look exactly alike because of the bespoke nature of their creation.
