Furniture, in our opinion here at Coolector HQ, needs to have a quirkiness to it, something that sets it apart from the crowd and that’s definitely a description that can be applied to Skurniture – a new series of furniture from Swenyo which admirably intermingles reclaimed skateboards with welded steel to create genuinely eye-catching pieces that will add a new level of cool to any room.

Swenyo are the design studio of Ricardo Camargo who has crafted all manner of stylish, functional and versatile pieces of furniture which will elevate the visual appeal of any room but it is unquestionably his Skurniture series that has left us most impressed here at The Coolector and if you’re of a skateboarding mindset then we dare say you will have fallen for it too.

The Skurniture series of furniture from Swenyo is a wonderfully versatile design that is highly customisable and which can, in fact, be used as a stool, a seat, a table, a foot rest, a nightstand or a piece of art or anything in between, truth be told. We’re big fans of outside of the box thinking here at Coolector HQ and the Skurniture series from Swenyo unquestionably falls into this bracket.
