UBIQ x Diadora N.9000 Sneakers

Teaming up once again for arguably their most aesthetically pleasing release this past January 28th, we saw Philly based sneaker store UBIQ and Diadora hit the sneaker industry and public with the ”Whiz Wit” N.9000. The silhouette is already a cult hit with sneakerheads the world over and to think this icon of running was only revisited recently after 25 years since the its original launch.

Following up from their red and blue collab, the N.9000 “Whiz Wit” pays tribute to one Philadelphia’s most famous culinary delights, the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. The colourway alone makes your mouth water and feel the hunger for that beefy and cheesy magic! Safe to say, not many pieces of footwear can make you hungry like these first rate UBIQ x Diadora N.9000 Whiz Wit Sneakers.

Mouth Wateringly Good

Bread crust brown premium leather dominates the upper with a neutral tone, suede toe box reminiscent of the crumb of a loaf. Darker brown accents on the heel with stamped branding on each side and the contrasting white and speckled midsole adds to the already tasteful array of materials used on the N.9000.

What is striking though and of course emblematic of such a storied sandwich is the American- Cheese- Yellow leather used for the Diadora logo which lets you know that you’re wearing one hell of a delicious pair of sneakers. We love the eye-catching aesthetics of these excellent looking sneakers here at Coolector HQ and, given our affinity for unhealthy food, it really is a match made in heaven.
